How to change point sizes, fonts and colors on the Menu/SubMenus and footer

I am trying to change the font size; color and spacing on the menu and sub menus. I’ve spent hours pouring over the style.css and the .php files and code necessary to change these items are not visible.

Also, I changed the menu items in the Footer menu, but there are menu options there that I did not add. I’ve gone through every selection, option, style.css and .php file and can not locate this information.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
