How to change SEO with this theme?

    I’m using a plugin to build good SEO but it doesn’t work with this theme. But even without this plugin, I would like to have an option to change SEO. At this current moment, SEO is just the first text and image on the webpage. How to change current SEO?

    p.s. I suspect it’s just because the whole theme is not built as a page but rather as a sort of style that has been applied to the chosen page. In other words, when I go to my section on WordPress/Pages my frontpage is empty. All the changes in text etc I do in the section Appearance/Customise. I would like to customize Page in section WordPress/Pages. This way I can add such plugins as SEO etc. How to move everything to the section Pages?
