how to change sidebar widget titles

  • Hi there

    I am trying to change the widget titles in the right sidebar on this page https://www.londonsilverblackexecutive.co.uk/tour-test/.

    We have just installed WP e-Commerce and we are using these widgets in the right side bar. Where do I do this in the CSS file?

    Also I would like to change the non hover drop down menu font colour on the top navigation bar to a lighter grey.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
