How to change site title

Hello,

Love the theme!

Is there any way to change the site title as it appears on a tab? At the moment my site https://www.wokinghamlions.org.uk/wordpress has the link as the site title in the tab, I have change it in Settings > General but this doesn’t seem to change anything?
