How to change site title from all caps to lower case

I forgot to include a link to my site so that you can see the problem: https://www.healthitlawblog.wordpress.com.

(Oh, and I tried in vain to determine the version of WordPress that I am using. I’ve scrolled to the bottom of every Dashboard Admin page and the only info that appears is “Thank you for creating with WordPress ? Support ? Forums ? Learn WordPress — Tutorials and Walkthroughs”. The main Dashboard page, in the “At a Glance” box only says: “WordPress.com running Yoko theme.” I started my blog in 2009 but just changed to the Yoko theme today.)

In the meantime, do not edit the theme itself. First create a child theme for your changes. Or install a custom CSS plugin.

I am having similar issues. My site title is rendered in all caps. I can edit the “test transform: all caps” line on the theme’s CSS stylesheet, but the change does not occur. Stumped on this one. I’d like the site title to be: Waybright Photography instead of WAYBRIGHT PHOTOGRAPHY. Any ideas or insight is appreciated.
