how to change "site_url" without modifying the data from DB

  • Hi, I hope that i want to change site_url.
    But i don’t know program. Was forced to enter the ssl port.
    So, comments causes problems when logging in.

    Currently Code, wp-includes > general-template.php

    $login_url = site_url(‘wp-login.php’, ‘login’);

    Without modifying the data from the DB, let me know how you can specify the url force(https://domain.com:port).
