How to change SVN ownership in plugin repository?

Hi,
I have several plugins here:
https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/profile/blepoxp

How would I get them to show up under this profile (instead or as well):
https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/profile/fullthrottledevelopment

I’ve given the second profile commit access to the first plugin (log-user-access) but that didn’t seem to work? Is there something I have to do in the readme.txt beside adding the other profile to the list of contributors?
