How to change text on 'home page'?

I’ve just spent 1 1/2 hour trying to figure out how to change the text on my ‘home’ page. Changing text in Pages is easy but there seems no option for editing in the ‘first page’. I am using Catch Theme Pro.

On my first page it reads:

“Welcome to Expressions Art Therapy. My name is Karin ?ngstr?m Ludwig and I am a qualified Art Psychotherapist. I offer individual therapy sessions in London to anyone who would like to increase psychological insight and emotional health. Art Psychotherapy can help promote self-awareness, clarity and centeredness and offer relief to a range of symptoms including stress, anxiety and depression”

I need to simply change this text, that’s all. I would be very grateful for any help!
