How to change the 3 text widget boxes

Trying to change the three text widgets “responsive design”, “fully customizable”, and “color options” in the free version but cannot figure it out.

In the widget area, the “home page top area” widget space says, “Widgetized area on the home page directly below the navigation menu. Specifically designed for 3 text widgets. Must be turned on in the Layout options on the Customize Gridiculous admin page.”

I cannot find the Customize Gridicuolous admin page in the Layout options. Again, I am using the free version. Is it limited to pro version or am I missing something?
