How to change the author permalink structure?

  • At the moment, link to see all the post of author is domain.com/author/username. How do I change it to domain.com/somethingelse/username?

    There’s no option for that in the options pages and such. However, edit rewrite.php, around like 168. Find this:

    var $author_base = 'author';

    Change it to what you want it to be.
