How to change the caption on a product that is out of stock

Set up a new text change with these settings:
Original text: Out of stock
(case sensitive, must be exact)
Domain: woocommerce
Context:
(leave blank)
Replacement text: All gone
(your choice here)

My site is in Hebrew. And I tried in Hebrew as well as English.
What else can I do?

You have to use:
Original string: Out of stock
(exactly, in English, no spaces after stock)

If that still doesn’t work, please post the address of a page where the text change is not happening.

On the product page itself it works great. But in the product archive it does not work, the text remains the same.

That text is coming from your theme, not from WooCommerce. You’ll need to setup another text replacement. Just like the other one, except the domain is: astra
