How to change the content ? Subscribe instead of Follow username

I’ve been looking on the whole forum how to change the content of the follow button, I didnt find.

I read somewhere, the author of the pluggin will make an update soon ? Any more information about the release ?

Meanwhile, I need help in which file I need to edit to change the content.
I want something like “subscribe” instead of “Follow username”
