How to change the gallery display

  • I would like to change the display of that portfolio gallery.

    H1 and category name are normally shown on a thumbnail of that gallery.
    And I want to change category name to what i like (like custom field’s value).

    However, there are written ” perfect_portfolio_get_portfolios ” on portfolio.php and everywhere.

    What kind of magic is this?
    And how can I change them?
