How to change the gravatar of my comments section?

    When I write a blog post, and people comment on my blog, next to my name there is a gravatar. How do I change this picture to another one?

    you can register and access your profile pic from gravatar.com

    I already have a profile pictures from gravatar though. When I comment on other people’s blog, it shows my new profile picture. But when people comment, on my blog, it shows my old profile picture?

    It seems they don’t have the gravatar. so until they don’t registered there, then the picture there will be just like this.

    by the way can you give me link ? so i can see it by own eyes and make a better judgment of your problem ?
