    Hi @jp87,

Could we know which error message you are referring to? By default, the form uses span for the errors and not H2.

Are you referring to the text when the “Is this a catering event?” dropdown is selected?

If yes, those text seems to be added manually within the form fields. If the above isn’t the one, then please do mention or share a screenshot regarding the error message where you notice this and also share the form export so that we can better advise.

Please check the following doc on how to export a form:
    https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export

If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form, then you can duplicate your form, remove any sensitive information, and then export it.

You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or any cloud services in the next reply.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Kind Regards,
    Nithin

Hi @wpmudevsupport11, When one clicks on the Quantity dropdown and chooses “Less than 5 Dozen”, the error message pops up “<h2>OOPS! Catering requests only! Please visit a location near you or order online.</h2>” and “<h3>https://cookieplugstg.wpengine.com/order/</h3>&#8221;. I went into the backend of the form on WordPress but do not see where to change the heading to a span or p tag. Is this changeable only with the Pro version or does it come down to choosing the right field? If it comes down to choosing the right field, what would you choose? I did not make this site or have used Forminator before, so I appreciate your guidance.

This is what I’m getting back in my SEO analyzer.

<h2>Great! Please hit the submit button to complete your request.</h2>

    Hi @jp87

    Thanks for additional information!

I checked the site and it is not Forminator “built-in” behavior but the way how the message is formatted. it’s actually not even an error but a custom message configured in the form.

Please edit the form and look for a field section-3. You should notice that it has that “Oops!…” message set. The section-type field is a different thank than error and yes – it does use header tags as it’s supposed to be a section title.

Simplest way to fix this would be to replace such section field with a HTML field on form, put message into it and set the same visibility conditions as the section field had.

    Kind regards,
    Adam
