How to change the header colour in WP 3.9.1

    How do I change the header colour from white to black?

    + how do I change the menu (top menu) background to black once the header colour is black?

    + how do I change the background on the sub-pages from white to black and the font from black to white?

    + how do I change the above pages headings (titles) font colour.

    I’m using Palabora child theme.

    I would actually like to invert the website …. , but has been able to change very little!

    Sorry for the mouthfull!! I like the layout of the Palabora theme and what it allows me to do, but there is still stuff that I need code for!!
