I would like the whole WordPress site to be using Bulgarian because it would be weird to blog in bulgarian and then there is a button “read more”. However, as far as the back end part(the admin panel) is concerned, I would like to stay in English.

If you want the frontend to be localized but the backend to stay in English, then you could try one of these plugins – I’ve never used them but maybe they will get you what you need:

To make the frontend labels appear in Bulgarian may require some significant customization work. Unless one of those plugins does it, then I don’t know of any other way except section by section on the frontend screens. If you’re asking how to change the menu that says “Home” to go to “Home for you” then that would be done through the menu settings: Appearance -> Menu. Click the downarrow next to the item that says Home and change the Navigation Label to whatever you want.
