How to change the Masking Link Encoding last part

hi thank you for this perfect plugin, ijust need to know how can convert the external link to this
currently what am getting is
https://mydomain.com/goto/https://externalLink.comwhat i want it to show instead of above structure
https://mydomain.com/goto/title_current_of_pageis it possible?
i dont want to use ( AES-256 , Base64, None, Numeric) available options instead i want (title_current_of_page) as option.
how can i do this?
any help is highly appreciated.
