How to Change the Mobile Theme Design?

Hey everyone. When the site is viewed in mobile, I get the Site title at the top and then under that it Says Main Navigation and beside it the three nav bars. I would like to get rid of the Main Navigation text and maybe have the 3 bars next to the site title. Is this possible? How would you go about doing this?
