How to change the old shortcodes?

I tried using a Search and Replace plugin, to change the old shortcodes in my WP database. But it only half worked. For example, “divider top=0” has to be changed now to “su_divider top=no” , “note color” has to be changed to “su_note note_color” , “tabs style=1” has to be changed to “tabs class=” etc., etc….
I still had to go through the pages and posts manually because the new shortcodes broke the web site. Poor me…
I reverted back to version 3.9 because hundreds of lines of code literally need to be changed for Shortcodes Utimate Version 4+ to work… I will code the site a few hours every day. (It will probably take me all winter.) But I have several other websites that also rely heavily on Shortcodes Ultimate! What can I say? Hmm.. It is not a good thing for the end user when a plugin developer suddenly changes the core syntax….
