how to change the pagination text

    When I use the <more> quicktag, it displays “Pages 1, 2”
    How can I change that text please? I need to use a different word instead of “Pages”.

    I also want to replace the numbers with “Next” “Previous” if possible.

    Really with the more tag? Not nextpage? If so, that’s unusual behavior that’s a product of your theme or a plugin. What theme are you using? Can you provide a link to a page illustrating what you’re talking about?
