How to change the permalink to archives

Hi,
I have this problem:
I have set up the permalinks – no problem, but I just CANNOT figure out, how to set up the archives url to do so: https://www.somesite.com/somepage/2009 Instead I get just https://www.somesite.com/2009
Can anyone help me with this pain ?
