How to change the radiance of the text box?

Hi!, I’m using Neuro and a lot of violet on my web.

And I have a form, and when You select a text box there are a light-blue radiance, and I would like to change that color.

Does anybody know the css of that?

I can’t find it with Style bot or firebug
