How to change the shipping date on the label?

Hi,

I am trying to determine if there is a way to change the default date on the shipping label that is printed? By default it will display the current date, however, my client would like to be able to print the labels the day before they ship but still wants to add the next days date as the shipping date. Is it possible to modify this date? Thanks!
