How to change the sticky header color to red transparent

please try to include the url to your site. To make a red transparent color you can use background: rgba(255,0,0,.5);

The last number (.5) determine how transparent the color is to make the color solid use 1 to make it complete invisable use 0. The .5 value is half way.
