How to change the tag name of places?

    I’m using UsersWP and GeoDirectory to manage my website. What I’m trying to figure out is change the tag name of places shown in the Profile, Users, User List Item of each user as shown in the image below:

    What I want to do is change the Places Count (tag name) from Places to Shops.

    Please let me know for solutions.
