How to change the temporary url to domain name

I have installed wordpress with my temporary url: https://103.6.196.95/~mypsycho and I wish to change it to my domain name: https://www.mypsychologychannel.com. I have tried to change in the “General” setting where I can edit the site url and wordpress url but the message shows that
“The WordPress address you entered did not appear to be a valid URL. Please enter a valid URL.”

When I type my domain name (has pointed to the current nameserver), it turns out to be my homepage, however, when I click other page, it turns out to be temporary url:(eg:)https://103.6.196.95/~mypsycho/?page_id=228

Has anyone experienced this problem before? Appreciate for any opinions and advice! Your help is deeply appreciated
