I see you are on “Classic Form”
I have it on “Multi-Step Form’

You might need to change it to at the top to see it

Sorry I am using Multi Step…So cant say why it is not there

Maybe change to Multi form. Change the wording , then change it back to Classic Form???

We found what is happening.

I spent some time trying to find out what might be going on and I think the issue you are facing is that the text on the classic form won’t be translated if the form was created before the translation.

In this case, you should translate the text before, and only then create a classic form. Can you try that?

I was able to change it with the suggestion of changing the forum to the multi step one and then change it back again
