How to change the URLs?

    The plugin provides for the use of friendly URLs, but once a category, forum or topic has been created, URLs cannot be changed. How to solve the problem?

    Hey @triptikon,

    we already have this on our list.

    At the moment you would have to recreate the category or login to you your database and change it manually in wp_terms. You can change the slug here but have to make sure that this slug is not used for another category and that it is a slug. You can use a tool like https://slugify.online/ to create the slug.

    And always write a backup of your database before changing anything manually in there. So if you do something wrong you can always restore it from the backup.

    If your your forum is already public, you should also consider to redirect from the old slug to the new one.

    And you can do the same with topics in wp_forum_topics and the forums in wp_forum_forums.

    You said that you already have this on your list. Does this mean that in the next update of your plugin this will be implemented? If so, when at least approximately can I expect this update?

    Hey @triptikon,

    since we are only two developers that manage this plugin in our free time, the list with new features is quite long.

    I’m not sure how long it will take to realize that, but I guess it will not part of the next update.

    Hey @triptikon,

    thanks for sharing your opinion. I guess if we ask all our users we would get thousands of different opinions on what is most important to implement next. Like I told you we are only two developers that are managing the whole plugin in our free time as volunteers. We also have to spend a lot of time giving support to all our users here and at asgaros.de.

    Asgaros Forum is an open-source plugin, so everyone is welcome to contribute. You could help at asgaros.de to support other users so we have more time to implement new features. You are also free to hire a programmer to make these changes and push them to our GitHub repository: https://github.com/Asgaros/asgaros-forum

    @qualmy91 Could you at least give a tip on how to remove the last part of the chain in breadcrumbs? I mean not a title
