First off, you will need to enable the Schema.org and OpenGraph integration. To do this, please go to the Customiser -> General -> Visitor Engagement view.
Once that’s done, you will simply need to use the “Featured Image” feature for a page or post and that should automatically populate for your sharing needs.
One important note – most of these results are cached, so even if you change these options, they might not change immediately on these social networks. Facebook has a sharing debugger – https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/ – that can help you mitigate and understand this.
