How to change the white background of the body? I use a child theme

Can you post a link to your site? If so, I can tell you how to do it. You’ll basically add some CSS code, specifying what background you want (color or image).

This will change the background of the footer widget area:

#footer {
background-color: #f00;
}

This will change the background color of the bottom footer area below the menu:

#footer-bottom {
background-color: #f00;
}

sorry for the question, but in which file i need to do modifying

The original poster said a child theme had already been set up, so the file to modify is the Child Theme style.css file.
