How to change theme in FTP? Can't login to Admin

  • Ever since I activated a new theme, I can’t login to Admin.
    I used FTP to re-load the theme files, but something’s wrong.
    I followed instructions for troubleshooting this warning (no change):
    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home3/sharedhe/public_html/wp-content/themes/ADreamtoHost-3/functions.php:9)

    Is there a way to change a theme without using Admin? Thanks.
