How to change time from 12-hour to 24-hour on comment form

  • Hi

    I have the next question:

    When the comment is published – above of it there is a date and time of publication.
    I need to change there time from 12-hour to 24-hour

    I tried to change this in this file wp-includes/comment-template.php but nothing changed
