How to change URL of my wordpress blog?

  • Hi there,
    I am newbie, I am using Bluehost and following by install instruction of Bluehost. I have already a domain and I also change to the server name of ns1.bluehost.com and ns2.bluehost.com, but I do not know why I can not access to my site via my own domain. I can only access to the site at https://69.195.124.77/~cuoithrs/. Please help me!!!
