How to change Woocommerce Shopping Cart Icon in header menu?

I understand you would like to change the Shopping Cart icon in the header menu. I checked the Customizr theme and it looks like they have their own shopping icon CSS setup.

They have mentioned using Font Awesome icons in their documentation but the CSS to replace the icon to a shopping cart doesn’t work.
