How to charge customer if they select checkbox?

    => Hello, we are using this plugin into our site, and we have added one checkbox in checkout page label as “Provide Cutlery & Napkins (optional)”.

    => With this option to add cutlery to orders, is there a way to charge for this on orders for over 25 people/quantity? 45p per person/quantity.

    Is this possible with this plugin, with help of code or any other method?
