How to check if admin in logged in in custom php file

  • I have a custom php file, Not a theme template file like index.php or other similar file.

    I want to check if the admin is logged in or not inside that custom file.

    That file is inside the theme files.

    Is there is a specific cookie or something I could use to check that?
