How to check if I clicked a hyperlink

Hi,
Thanks for your plugin,it’s really good,I have a little question about how to check an image is clicked and is displaying.
I use below codes to embed customize video:

Is there have any codes to check the state(Colorbox Lightbox is displaying video or not) when I click “LDRYh.jpg”,so I can do something for above codes,thanks.
