How to check the replies on comments reached the user

  • Good Day

    On my site I have approved the comments and replied but I see in the admin console that all original comments and my replies have the add-on ‘Awaiting spam check’.

    I clicked on the Check for Spam button on the top but without change.

    How to manage better this spam think and confirm the users got my feedback ?
