How to clean up bookings?

On the bookings page /wp-admin/admin.php?page=bookacti_bookings , how can I select many bookings and delete them? There is a checkbox above the leftmost column, left of ‘id’. This suggests a ‘select all’ but and nothing happens when I check that box. There is also no checkbox on the booking rows in the table.
WP 5.9.4 PHP 7.4
BTW IMHO the documentation is missing a keyword search option.
