How to clear all the domains in a license?

Hi,

I want to reset a license by:

1. Clear all the domains.
2. Set its status from Activated to Pending.

I check your page at https://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/license-manager-product-communication-7985, it provides a way to deactivate the license:

However, if I don’t know the domain list for the license, how can I deactivate a license?
