How to clear bitly links?

I have a website for a book. I had a short url set up in bitly (tdod.ca) but then I changed the name of the book so I changed the website URL and I also got a new short url (wtb.mobi). Pages that were created before I made this change are using the old tdod.ca shortlink even though I changed the settings in Bitly. How do I clear the WP Bitly cache so that these links are generated again?
