    hi,

on my wp-blog-site I can not close the opened box by clicking on the background – I have to use the x icon.
I’d like to have both – how can I do this?
(or do I have other plugins which disturb this function?)

    I’m using this:
    <a href="Boxzilla.show(9698);"><img src="/images/demo.jpg" alt="" width="auto" height="auto" /></a>

    thanks for your help.

    Hi,

The box should hide when clicking outside the box, but you have to click at least “20%” outside of the box. We created an extra border for safety so you can’t accidentally close the box that way.

Please share your website URL if you like us to take a look. Thanks!

aaah, ok, I understand. Couldn’t find the reason why.
    can I change the 20% to let’s say 10% ?

    thanks.

At the moment that is not possible, nut i created a feature request for you. We will reply here is/when it is implemented. It will most likely be a filter hook (some code you put in your themes functions.php).

I suggest you tick the “Notify me of follow-up replies via email” underneath the reply box to make sure you get a notification when this is implemented.

    ok, thanks.

I’d really, really like this too! (This will prevent audience frustration because right now people find that they can’t easily close the box by clicking _anywhere_ outside it. The click-20%-away requirement isn’t intuitive.)
