    You are right, there is the problem with this feature.
    We will try to fix it in next version of Live Chat plugin. I will inform you about the update.

    We just released new version of live chat plugin with fixes.
    Please update plugin, go to the live chat settings -> CSS/HTML tab -> update code from default templates – you need to click on these buttons – https://prntscr.com/9sqxqv
    After this – check the live chat on your site!
