How to close popup if user clicks on link?

    We love the info bar and popup feature. If we use a relative # url the popup closes, but if we use a specified URL internal site link, the pop-up continues to stay open. This is bad. There needs to be an option in popup link settings so admin can if user clicks on link, close pop-up.. YES/NO – so if they land on home page example.com/home and promo bar or popup says visit our sale page “Click Here” button is used, user is taken to example.com/sale-page … now the popup should not show again because this is considered to be unwanted nagging behavior and it will turn away users. See my point? Thanks
