How to collapse Sticky Header

    Hi, having issues with collapsing a sticky header section using Visual Composer that contains a number of other plugins such as ubermenu, gtranslate and revslider. Have used the roll your own DIV method but it’s refusing to collapse.

    Again, the plugin does not seem to be installed or activated. We do not see any collapse-o-matic elements anywhere on the links you have sent.

    In the future, please be more detailed in describing the problem and exactly which elements are affected.

    The plugin is activated and view source on that page you can search for <span id=”monkey1″ class=”collapseomatic” title=”Fast Monkey”>Fast Monkey</span>

    We checked again (for a third time) and still no collapse-o-matic elements are on the page. Please verify url and element, maybe as a logged out user?

    I cleared and deleted the caching and logged out. Please try again. There should be Fast Monkey text under menu on left hand-side.

    Sorry, there seems to be a major communication issue here.

    It seems we are looking at to entirely separate websites. Do you have some kind of DNS redirection or geofencing installed? Again, we are checking: https://clatest.makeitwellness.com.au/aboutus/ and nothing is matching up to your description.

    Until that issue is resolved, we can not be of any assistance.
