How to completely back up woo commerce and all products (including images) guide

Hi there,
I have experience with web design/dev and wordpress but, I have never actually used woocommerce before, and my friend has an old wordpress site that needs to be updated with a new theme and it also runs woocommerce through which she sells her jewellery.

So In order to install the theme and then get the layout she desires, I have to import some demo data for the theme. Obviously I will need to backup all her content then bring it back when the site looks how she wants. My question is: can you please point me in the direction of a guide, or please explain how I can back up everything needed in her woocommerce installation?
Do I just need to back up her product database, or is there more I need to do also?

I have tried googling this and haven’t actually found what I need to know ??

For example I found some guides of how to export all products but some commenters complained that images were not included? so yeah, I’m not sure.
