How to completely clean the table after reinstall?

    Hello, we have uninstalled the widget for some tests in a compatibility problem. Then we reinstalled it, reimported the json file. We now have twice the sliders names in the drop list in the widget.

    slider 1
    slider 2
    slider 1
    slider 2

    How can we clean this to keep only ONE time each slider?
