How to completely disable Jetpack’s Newsletter?

    I have Jetpack’s Newsletter featured turned off in settings, yet I still see many related elements in WordPress’ editor.

    In the latest version, it added a link to see an email preview in the post’s “View” menu, there’s a “Newsletter” icon to the right of Jetpack’s icon in the toolbar (and also inside the three-dotted menu) and it also shows up when we’re about to publish a new article with a button to “Activate Subscriptions”.

    How do I get rid of all that, please? Thanks.
