How to completely disable the calculation of shipping costs

    I would like to completely disable the calculation of shipping costs based on address (zip code). I know I can disable the calculator on the shopping cart page, but that’s not what I want. I want to ALWAYS show the customer the two available options regardless of the address: Free Delivery and Express Delivery for $25. In the WC settings I have “sell only to specific countries” checked and the country “United States” entered.

    To confirm, you sell products only in the United States and want to offer two shipping methods:
    1- Free Delivery
    2- Express Delivery for $25

    Is my understanding correct?

    Could you share a screenshot of your current Shipping Zone and Shipping Methods?
    Once I have a look at your current shipping configuration, I will be in a better position to guide you further.
